Is there a minimum order value?
We do not specify a minimum order, however there is a carriage charge payable for any order under £75 (exclusive of VAT).
Delivery is free of charge for all orders over £75 (exclusive of VAT), subject to the postcode exclusion detailed on the delivery charges page.
Are my personal and credit card details safe when ordering online?
Yes, absolutely. We take security of your details very seriously. Payments are made via SagePay, a trusted and secure system for online payments. We also have Comodo SSL Certificate for further piece of mind and security. Your card details are secure and we never pass any of your details on to a third party.
Am I getting a quality product?
Yes all our products are of the highest quality from some of the largest manufacturers in the UK and Europe. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and will never supply a substandard product or a poor quality import from the Far East.
Our products are all manufactured by ISO90001 accredited sources and are made to the relevant standards prevailing in the UK for each product type, for example British Standard, BBA Approval, WRAS approval.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes. There is an opportunity for you to enter delivery details on the address page of the checkout.
If I order after 10am when will I receive my delivery?
We will endeavour to despatch goods the same day if ordered before 10.00am on any working day. However during busy periods this may take up to 48hrs.
Orders placed at the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be despatched on the next working day. Please see our delivery tab for delivery times outside UK mainland.
How will my order be delivered?
Packages will be delivered by Nightfreight, Tuffnell, TNT, City-Link or for smaller items by Royal Mail.
How will my order be packaged?
All fittings are supplied in a strong cardboard box and pipe will be despatched with a polythene cover. Attached to this will be your VAT Invoice, Delivery Note and details of any special offers.
What if I have ordered the incorrect items?

Do you offer a discount for larger orders?

Where can I get an invoice for my order?
Just log into your account and view your order history. From there you can print a VAT invoice.
