Delivery Information
Christmas Delivery Schedule
Orders for stock items placed by 12 noon on Thursday 21st
December 2023 will be despatched on a next day service. Please bear in
mind we cannot guarantee delivery will be within 24hrs due to high
volumes of goods being delivered by couriers at the moment.
Orders for stock items placed by 12 noon on Friday 22nd December 2023 will be despatched on a next working day service. Which means your order should be delivered on Wednesday 27th or Thursday 28th December.
Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday 22nd December will be despatched as usual on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
Delivery
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. All
goods are sent on overnight couriers (subject to service availability
in your area) and therefore delivery should be the next working day
after despatch.
Delivery
can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is
registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed
for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put
through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed
with your goods.
When
you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery
charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this
charge before submitting your order.
All
delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot
availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. All goods
are sent on overnight couriers (subject to service availability in your
area) and therefore delivery should be the next working day after
despatch. However, delivery may take up to three working days and is
subject to stock availability.
The
contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine
which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post
Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will normally be between the hours of 8am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
Plastics
Express will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This
means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your
order is transported in the best possible way.
Whilst
every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date,
time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Plastics Express shall
not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the
customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly
out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the
goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such
goods to the customer.
Postage
You
will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest
depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery
service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard
delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to
your order.
Force Majeure
Plastics
Express shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods
you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect
to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond
its reasonable control.
Returns
If
you need to return a product purchased from Plastics Express then you
have 28 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a
resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned
product must also come back to us. For non-stock items that have been
ordered especially for you, it may not be possible to return the goods
or we may need to implement a re-stocking charge. This does not affect
your statutory rights.
We
can arrange to have the goods collected, however this service is
chargeable at cost and will be deducted from any credit given. All
couriers charge quite highly for third party collections and we
therefore strongly recommend that customers make their own arrangements
to return goods to us.
The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a
full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10
working days.
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders
You
are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty
being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already
been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the
Plastics Express website, or by phoning us on 0800 561 0302.
We will attempt to despatch any orders taken before 10:00am the same
day, or next working day if received on Saturday or Sunday.
The majority of our deliveries are made by national courier companies, the drivers make many deliveries each day in addition to our own consignments and run on very tight schedules, we will always try and follow any reasonable delivery instructions as best we can, but regretfully are unable to call before deliveries, place goods in specific locations or deliver to secondary addresses in the event you are not available at the time of delivery.

REGION 1
£14.95 plus VAT for orders under £150 plus VAT.
UK Mainland, Wales and Scotland but not including the locations listed below in Region 2.
REGION 2
Deliveries outside Region1 above will be subject to a carriage charge and will not be eligible for free delivery. Deliveries to these regions are normally made within five working days.

- PO30, 31, 32, 33, 36, 37, 38, 41
- KA27
Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Hebrides, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man:
Deliveries are normally within five working days although this can be slightly longer to some outlying areas and may be subject to additional charges.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:
Deliveries will normally be made between 08:00 and 18:00.
Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm specific delivery times as the majority of our deliveries are made by national courier companies.
The
drivers make many deliveries each day in addition to our own
consignments and run on very tight schedules, we will always try and
follow any reasonable delivery instructions as best we can, but
generally are unable to call before deliveries or place goods in
specific locations etc.
PLEASE NOTE:
Deliveries may split into more than one consignment and may also be sent using more than one courier.
We recommed that workers/works are not
scheduled before your goods have arrived and also recommend checking
all goods before travelling to a different location where the goods may
be being used.
BE AWARE:
Should you instruct us to deliver your order without a signature, or to a third party, please be aware that this is done at your risk and Plastics Express cannot be liable for shortages or breakages.
